This Draft Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") defines the rules that govern all customers and users accessing [Syntropy AI Global LLC] software, APIs, and network infrastructure.

1. Prohibition on Unlicensed Gambling or Consumer Wagering

You may only use our Lottery Management module to track physical/terminal inventory as a licensed lottery retailer. You may never use our software to run online gambling or illegal wagering.

Customer may use Syntropy Lottery Sales & Inventory Management solely for back-office inventory tracking, shift reconciliation, and in-store informational displays at licensed retail locations. Customer shall not use any Syntropy AI Global service to facilitate online wagering, unlicensed raffles, illegal bookmaking, or consumer gambling transactions.

2. Platform Security, Multi-Tenant Boundaries & API Integrity

Plain-Language Summary

Do not upload malware, attempt to bypass tenant permissions, scrape our systems, or overload our APIs.

Users must not:

  • Attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any Syntropy system without prior written authorization (or outside the scope of our Responsible Disclosure Policy).
  • Attempt to access data belonging to another tenant or bypass Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) restrictions.
  • Introduce viruses, trojans, worms, ransomware, or malicious scripts into any workspace or file upload.
  • Exceed documented REST API or webhook rate limits in a manner that degrades service performance for other retail or enterprise tenants.

3. CRM Anti-Spam Compliance & Payment Card Data Rules

Only message CRM leads who have lawfully opted in, and never type raw credit card numbers into free-text notes or custom CRM fields.

CRM Communications: Customers using Enterprise CRM email or SMS integrations must comply with CAN-SPAM, TCPA, GDPR, and applicable opt-out laws. Sending purchased-list spam or deceptive phishing messages is strictly prohibited.

Payment Card Data: Card payments in Syntropy POS must be processed exclusively through certified payment terminals and processors. Users must never input or store raw Primary Account Numbers (PAN) or CVV codes inside free-text CRM notes, support tickets, or custom product fields.

4. Violation Reporting & Suspension Rights

If an account violates this policy or creates a security emergency, we may suspend access and notify the customer administrator.

We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations of this AUP and temporarily suspend offending user accounts if necessary to prevent imminent harm or legal liability. Report suspected AUP violations to legal@[yourdomain.com] or security@[yourdomain.com].
