To deliver resilient cloud hosting, database storage, transactional notifications, and optional AI inference, [Syntropy AI Global LLC] engages carefully vetted third-party sub-processors. All rows in the table below are clearly labeled placeholders ready for your production vendor details.

1. How We Vet and Govern Sub-processors

Plain-Language Summary

Before we allow any cloud or infrastructure vendor to process data for our platform, we review their security controls and sign a binding Data Processing Agreement with them.

Prior to engaging any third-party sub-processor, [Syntropy AI Global LLC] evaluates the vendor’s security architecture, encryption standards, and data protection commitments, and executes a written Data Processing Agreement incorporating Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) where applicable.
